Have you ever had one of those busy days where you look at the clock and realize it is 9:15pm and you STILL haven’t exercised? I definitely have. ALL. THE. TIME. Just like most women this day and age, my life IS hectic.
Since losing 40 pounds over the past year, I have become obsessed with meeting my daily fitness goal, but sometimes that means I need to get some more activity in after I put my children to bed.
If I don’t have a set workout to follow it becomes pretty well worthless to do anything after – so I have come up with a just before bed, “later night” workout below. This is my goto workout on days that I just haven’t gotten enough time to put a decent workout in—and not to mention, I don’t have much time left before my own bedtime.
The best part of this workout is—besides being AWESOME—is that all you need is your body and some minor space. No weights or cute gym outfits necessary. But keep in mind, you are more than welcome to add some weights to your lunges and squats if you want—if this workout seems a little too pedestrian for you. And not to tout this workout even more, did I mention that this workout routine works and tones the ENTIRE body? So, what are you waiting for? Let’s get going. Repeat the exercise circuit three times, and four times if you’re not fully tired.
